GLA ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF MEL ESSER TO DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
ATLANTA, GEORGIA, on January 21, 2022 - Geheber Lewis Associates (GLA), architecture, design, and planning firm, announces the promotion of Mel Esser to Director of Operations.
This appointment marks a new era in the firm’s legacy of designing diverse real estate assets, and this leadership role will be critical to the success of the firm’s future expansion. Ms. Esser’s 15 years of architectural experience will serve GLA well in their focus on client services, team development and process improvements.

Ms. Esser joined GLA at the start of 2021 as a Quality Control Architect, where she was essential in supporting all project managers across the organization in plan review, quality assurance and operational excellence. Prior to GLA, Ms. Esser was an Architect at Dwell Design Studio. During her years at Dwell, she worked in multi-family studios and a retail studio group where she honed her leadership, client relations and associate engagement skills.
Ms. Esser is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a Registered Architect through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University.
