We are proud to share our latest multifamily project in Olathe, Kansas, designed for our client, @davisdevelopment . This project is a thoughtful blend of safety, functionality, and community connection - showcasing how design can address both the unique challenges and opportunities of the region.

Storm Shelters - With the high frequency of tornadoes in the area, safety is paramount. Each building is equipped with its own storm shelter, designed to double as an amenity space when not in use. Function meets innovation!

Adapting to the Landscape - The site’s significant grade changes inspired creative solutions, including split-level buildings that make the most of the terrain.
